1.  Download and install ActivePerl from ActiveState
2.  Install Net::LDAP
	perl -M CPAN -e shell
		install Net::LDAP

3.  Update the getadsmtp.pl file with the proper information for:
	$VALID
	$dc1
	$dc2
	$hqbase
	$user
	$passwd

4.  Run getadsmtp.pl
5.  Edit the relay_recipients file
