To create your own customized version of the iso image,
extract the files from this iso image, add whatever files you
want to, and then run the ./update-iso.sh script.  It will
create a new iso file in the ../ folder called
etherboot-updated.iso

- Converted the Etherboot network boot disk by Alexander Heinz
  to use ISOLINUX instead of SYSLINUX.
- Added bgrescue to the options.
- Created a version for my own use with all the utilites
  and downloaded files that I normally use.
